The live wallpaper feature requires the use of 3D touch. Only devices newer than the 6S have this feature, but other iPhone and iPad, iPod models, etc. are unable to use the Live wallpaper feature on the lock screen.
Support : 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS Max, XR(iOS13), 11, 11 Pro, 12, 12 Pro
Not support : SE, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, SE(2nd generation), iPad, iPod etc.
If you are using a supported device,
First of all, please make sure to select Live Photos but NOT Still when you set up the wallpaper. Even though you choose Live Photos, if you click Still, the photo will not move.
If Live Photos are not moving even when you click Live Photos, please check if Live Photos shot with iPhone camera (not using intoLive) move on the lock screen. If they do not move as well, this problem might not be occurred by intoLive.
Also, please check the below.
1. Check the remaining battery
When your battery is low, 3D touch can be deactivated to save energy.
2. Check Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode
